My favorable opinion I would like to dedicate to Joanna, the consultant who coordinated my treatment in Poland. She is the most helpful, informative and professional person I've contacted during all my dental trip. Joanna never let me down. She was all the time in touch with me, via email and phone (she'd even given me her mobile number in case I had any questions or difficulties). She even called me a couple of times to offer help. Unfortunatelly, I've never met her personally. She deserved a big hug from me! I must admit that her English was excellent! It was very helpful during the entire treatment abroad.
