In 2000 he opened his own office plastic surgery in cooperation with the chief of the Department of Plastic Surgery at OSK – Dr. Tadeusz Myszków. Since opening his own medical practice, Dr. Piotr Rataj performs hair transplants. The first such transplant performed in collaboration with Dr. Aneta Madej, with which he made comprehensive training with Dr. George Kolasiński of Hair Clinic Poznan. Dr. Rataj is also one of the founders of the Polish Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
