Full BBL recovery time is around 6 weeks, although it may take anything up to 6 months for the full results of the surgery to become apparent.

For the first 3 weeks of the BBL recovery patients cannot lie or sit directly on their buttocks so this will interfere with ‘normal’ life. After 2 weeks short-term sitting may be allowed with the help of a BBL pillow and gradually from this point things will become easier.
