Yes, breastfeeding with breast implants is possible. Yet, whether a woman can breastfeed depends on the size of implants and their placement. In general, placing implants under the breast fold or through the armpit does not interfere with breastfeeding. However, if you want to be 100% that you are able to breastfeed, it is worth considering to get breast implants after breastfeeding, not before.
