When can I sleep flat after breast augmentation?
Sleeping flat is possible just a few days after the surgery. For the first 3-5 days, patients sleep in an elevated position, but when the swelling slightly subsides and bandages are taken off, women can return to the flat sleeping position. Sleeping on the sides is not allowed for 6-8 weeks.
