How to remove dentures?
Place your thumb or fingers between the upper denture and the cheek, and press where the denture meets the gums. Try to use uniform pressure to loosen the prosthesis. When removing your lower denture, place your thumb and fingers on each side of the denture and gently wiggle, pulling the denture out to loosen it. Once you get used to it, you will be able to remove the prosthesis easily.
