How to remove immediate dentures for the first time?
The dentist will fit your immediate denture right after extracting your teeth and will ask you to wear it for the next 24 or 48 hours, you should not remove your denture since it will work as a band-aid to minimize bleeding after extractions. After this time passes you will need to put some warm salt water in your mouth and with your lips closed you will slowly force the water under the denture to loosen it. Lower dentures are easy to remove but upper dentures usually take a little bit of effort, remember to softly push them down and forward till they loosen.
