How to remove plaque from dentures?
Before going to bed, take off your prosthesis and wash it in cold water. Use a soft-bristle denture brush to remove food particles, plaque, and bacteria. Pay special attention to cleaning underneath the pink base as well. A natural option like vinegar is also a good choice since it dissolves plaque, to use it just mix equal parts of white vinegar and water, and leave your teeth to soak for at least 30 minutes.
