The lower age limit to get labiaplasty is 18 – so only adults can get this surgery. Teen labiaplasty is not recommended and should not be done because the labia develop even in young adults and it might not get the full maturity yet. Regarding teenage girls, in very rare, medically needed, cases the surgery can be done, yet it is always for the best interests of the child and under parental responsibility.
