What is tumescent liposuction?
Tumescent liposuction is a so-called local liposuction or local anesthesia liposuction. It is dedicated to individual body areas, which requires short procedure, little fat removal, hence tumescent anesthetic is enough. It uses adrenaline infusion, saline, local anaesthesia and microcannula to remove the fat. Such liposculpture / lipoplasty can be done on large areas, e.g. tummy and small areas, e.g. chin or knees.
