There are many reasons why somebody would want a nose job. Sometimes there are medical reasons for rhinoplasty, such as breathing problems. Where this is a major problem, this type of medical surgery will often be funded by the NHS. However, many other patients elect to have a nose job purely as cosmetic surgery – to reduce the size, straighten or reshape the nose in order to have a more attractive appearance.
