What Is A Revision Rhinoplasty?
Revision rhinoplasty is a second operation performed on the nose. This may either be because the patient is not happy with the results of the original procedure or where subsequently something has gone wrong. Rhinoplasty revision surgery is extremely difficult for a surgeon and, as such, is not encouraged unless absolutely necessary. Scar tissue from the first surgery is often a problem in rhinoplasty revision and frequently limits the result of the rhinoplasty revision.
