They have canceled on me twice having me have to cancel flights w/o a refund and even have to pay extra for no show. Leaving me with around 4500 tl going down the drain. Each time they made a new appointment the price went up first 7000 tl (from 28k to 35k) and 2nd time 10000 tl which was only around 2 months later (35k to 45k) no reason given. And when I asked them that bc of them I’ve been forced to cancel a second time and if they could drop that from the surgery cost the assistant (Çağla) advised me it would be better for me if I stopped talking as if wanting to threaten me. Stay away!!
