The Wieliczka Salt Mine is located in the town of Wieliczka in southern Poland, lies within the Kraków metropolitan area. Throughout, the Royal mine was run by the Żupy krakowskie Salt Mines company. Commercial mining was discontinued in 1996 due to low salt prices and mine flooding.

The city and people there are amazing. Joanna my consultant helped me at every step. She was always happy to answer my questions. My surgeon was very professional. Unlike UK dentists, Polish dentists not only want to get your money. They care a lot about the patients. It puts UK dentists to shame. They refused to provide me with treatment I needed in UK.
